Job Responsibilities:

• Attend and serve customers by providing product or service information
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer files by recording account information as per the requirements.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE call center experience required.
• English & Urdu/Hindi/Arabic language is mandatory.
