- Receiving Payment from Tenants.
- Post collected payment from Tenants and issue receipt after valid and apply the check list of accepting payment and support document.
- Settlement of receipt with related transactions.
- Custodian of Cash & Cheques.
- Custodian of Bounced cheques.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts department.
- Well experience and knowledge in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills and office management skills.
