Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that a check is made and recorded in the POS system for every food & beverage sale in the outlet as well as any meals consumed by employees or any service offered to guests as complimentary or entertainment
- Prepare cashier’s summary and tally it with Micros (POS) reading at the close of his / her shift
- Prepare deposit envelope, write the deposit amount in cashier’s deposit sheet and drop the envelope in the safe depository, in the presence of a witness
- Assist in welcoming the guests, ensures they are attended to and provides support to the Waiter/Waitress in charge of the section
Job Requirements:
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
