Description:

As an Analyst, the incumbent will be responsible of research, financial/ credit analysis, financial modeling and assisting senior team members in originating and executing syndications, DCM & ECM transactions

The analyst will be responsible for preparing pitches, teasers, financial models and info memos and BRC/AC memos

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist seniors in execution of prescribed no deals annually including financial modelling, bank presentations, teasers, information memorandums and approval memos
• Develop robust financial models capable of analyzing deal and provide credit / valuation metrics with flexibility to run sensitivities
• Prepare and produce agreed no of  customer proposals, pitches and term sheets
• Create deal files upon deal closure and ensure file completeness
