Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

As part of the Corporate Innovation team, you’ll help identify and implement new business models for Chalhoub Group’s portfolio of +200 luxury fashion & beauty brands. This position can lead to a permanent function after 6 months, based on the team member’s motivation & performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project management for innovation projects (ranging from smaller MVPs to larger, complex projects)
• Research, trendwatch and analyze innovation and retail trends, technologies, business models and startups/scaleups
• Assist in thought leadership creation around innovation topics such as circular retail, web3, new business models, etc.
• Preparing & organizing corporate innovation workshops

Job Requirements:

• You have a bias for action. Spot opportunities pro-actively and don’t need constant hand-holding to get work done.
• A natural project management talent: you care about bringing complex projects with lots of different stakeholders to a successful end.
• Research and trendwatch, prepare your findings in an appealing and clear presentation.
• Good communication skills.
