Chalhoub | Loyalty Program Lead (Maternity Cover) Jobs in Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Market visits with Loyalty champions to gather feedback and improve the employee experience
- Support Marketing on experiential events management and on-ground support for exclusive member events
- Working with local project managers to coordinate key tasks
- Liaise with and support the Loyalty coordinator on all related experiences matter. Make sure new experiences and contests are added to the App.
Requirements:
- This role would be a maternity cover and be overseeing Kuwait based out of Dubai if necessary
- 4-5 years of previous experience in loyalty, able to manage a small team and is a team player.
- Arabic speaking would be preferred
