Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and communicate regularly the expenses follow-up to the Fragrance & Beauty division (promotion, travel, etc.)
• Consolidate investment projects and ensure invoices are received promptly, in coordination with the Architecture department
• Assist the Financial controller during the Retail annual inventories and perform occasional cycle counts of the existing Retail boutiques
• Support the new boutiques, Retail teams, by implementing retail procedures, and stock count schedules for the retail teams and training on best practices

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance / Economics / Business Administration.
• At least 1 previous internship experience in financial controlling or audit.
• Highly organized, you are proactive, independent and solution-oriented.
• Strong Excel knowledge and analytical skills.
