Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Description:

• To minimize Financial Loss.
• Effective Control on Dispute cases
• Complete knowledge of Visa/MasterCard Payment Scheme Dispute Process Regulation and current updates
• Decision making on Dispute Cases

Job Responsibilities:

• To Provide effective and efficient services to the Internal/External Customers.
• Co-ordinate with Offshore staff/Internal Call Centre/Global ADC for chargeback related issues and follow up till resolved.
• Analyzing the Dispute Cases and providing support to offshore team
• Applying the Card Payment Rules on all Disputes Cases and processing

Job Requirements:

• Graduate with at least 6+ years’ experience in Chargeback process and control in Card Center -Must
• Complete and up to date knowledge of Visa/MasterCard Dispute Rules and Regulation – Must
• Complete knowledge Visa/MasterCard System (VROL/MasterCom Claims Manager)
• Decision Making on Dispute Cases
