We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product development efforts. The CPO will be responsible for driving innovation and growth by developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fintech industry and a proven track record of developing successful API Open Banking products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, including conducting market research, identifying customer needs, and working with cross-functional teams to develop and launch products ready for market.
- Building and growing a team of product managers, designers, and developers, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
- Work closely with the executive team to set product development priorities and ensure that product initiatives align with overall business goals.
- Use data and analytics to inform product decisions, identify areas for improvement, and measure the success of new products.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that products are effectively marketed, sold, and supported.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform product development decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience within a SaaS based B2B environment.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful fintech products
- Strong understanding of the fintech industry and emerging trends
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
