Chief Supervisor – Customer Happiness Centers | Dubai RTA Jobs
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing and auditing periodic and non-periodic reports on special services, procedures and mechanisms that improve the quality of services and the image of the center in particular on innovation.
- Services and image of the center A special focus on innovation
- Coordination with supervisors to improve customer reception services
- Implementation of the incentive program for employees and the development of their skills in dealing with customers and the best center award program
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Public Relations from a recognized university
- Five years of relevant experience
- have excellent interpersonal skills.
