Responsibilities
- Ensure the cigar list is up to date at all times with correct vintages and prices
- Ensure mise-en-place and correct stock levels are in place before each service and cigars are kept and stored according to standards
- Pair and suggest cigars and wines that will complement the menu items for guests
- Assist members and guests with their cigar selection while providing friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
- Ensure cleaning check lists are adhered to and humidors are kept clean and organized at all times

Requirement
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role,
- Internationally recognized professional certification
- Excellent level of English
- Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
