Job Responsibilities:
- Refresh overall portfolio strategy to identify growth opportunities, with improved understanding of holistic customer profile (internal and external) and improved segmentation & actions
- Define and implement new portfolio actions to drive interest-bearing balance, incremental fees/revenue lines and customer engagement
- Support financial planning and portfolio performance tracking
- Optimize per account revenue through portfolio actions including, but not limited to, activation, CLI, higher initial lines & dual cards
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree. Master’s degree preferred
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, portfolio management and/or analytics
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
