Description:
He/she is an ambassador of excellence in Service, supervising the after-sales services in the boutique: CS team, Client Experience, New project & services, CS KPIs and clients’ complaint.
The supervisor must demonstrate a high level of experience and practical application of the Brand policies and procedures. He/she always adopt a solution-oriented mindset to overcome challenges.
He/she is responsible for supervising the CS practices to ensure the satisfaction and client loyalty.
Job Requirements:
- You are curious and passionate
- In a team, you put emphasis on collaboration
- You have knowledge about Watchmaking and Jewelry techniques, and a drive for continuous learning
- Fluent English (second language appreciated)
- Experience working in a watch/jewellery background appreciated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; empathy, confidence, patience, team-player
- Leadership skills
