Client Success Representative Job in L’Ile-Perrot, QC | Quantum



Our partner, a well-established company, is looking for a talented Client Technical Success Representative to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer onboarding and potential customer request escalation
  • Developing and maintaining processes to monitor support requests volume, quality, and speed of resolution time
  • Providing periodic reporting
  • Supporting the CS team in the transition to automatized operational processes
  • Cooperating with other teams to improve processes and implement ideas that meet customer needs
  • Proactively seeking out opportunities to increase customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years in customer-facing, technical-related roles (experience in SAAS or related a must)
  • Network IT competence
  • English (Spanish an asset)
  • Experience with Hubspot/ZEndesk or similar
  • Good experience working in a Microsoft environment / with Microsoft products
  • Client-centric and solutions-oriented
