Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

To manage and monitor Clinic operations and enhance the Clinic service offering by building a strong referral base aimed at sustainable business growth and development

Job Responsibilities:

To effectively and efficiently manage the team
Manage all financial processes and practices within the Clinic to ensure sustainable growth and development
Implement and monitor business development initiatives
Ensure regulatory and legal compliance

Job Requirements:

A relevant diploma in a healthcare related field
A Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management is desired
At least 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory/junior management role in a healthcare environment
Previous healthcare management experience in revenue cycle management, patient administration and customer service is desired
