The successful candidate will have previous experience working in Commodity Trading companies with a similar role for a minimum of 1 year. The Specialist will support the front office trading activities (iron ore, fertilizers, coal), ensure efficient operations and timely settlements, and provide analytical insights to optimize trading strategies.

• Work closely with traders and other teams to ensure trade execution.

• Monitor and manage trade activities, and control the origination process for decision-making purposes.

• Reconcile trading positions and P&L.

• Review trade and position documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.

• Provide analytical support to the front office for trade execution and optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field.

• 1+ years of experience in front or middle-office operations in a Commodity Trading company.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional Russian & English languages.
