About the job
We are looking for a UAE National for the role of communications manager who will be responsible of presenting the company to the world and our internal audience in an accurate, appealing manner through newsletters, leadership memos, campaigns and constant contact with company stakeholders. You will also play a key role in company branding and positioning Tanfeeth as an employer of choice.
Responsibilities
- Manage company’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Arabic content creation / liaising with an agency to cross check and proofread translations.
- Draft and release all important communications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Edit and proofread all communication materials such as memos, newsletters, announcements, email communications etc.
- Take part in all major events of the company.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of all communication types of the company currently in use and come up with innovative ways to better share our message and brand.
