A Concierge is crucial to the success of the guest stay and creating amazing experiences and everlasting memories. A true people person must enjoy working closely with guests and surrounding teams to be able to anticipate, align and surprise and delight guests through a natural and anticipatory style of service. The Concierge team has an exceptional Food & Beverage, Hotel, internal and local knowledge of Dubai so are able to enhance and make tailored guest experiences and itineraries. The Concierge is responsible for working closely with all guests to deliver detailed service options, create itinerates, arrange tours & transport along with the ability to arrange a wide variety of guest booking needs, pre and post-stay correspondence, and must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A successful applicate must demonstrate a true passion for service delivery and provide bespoke suggestions and services to our guests. The candidate must constantly be enhancing and sharing their knowledge with the team to ensure a world-class and up-to-date knowledge within the team is maintained. Due to guest demographics, being able to converse in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Friend, or German is advantageous.
