Responsibilities

• Review external contractual documentation such as MOU, NDA, JV agreement and contracts
• Follow up of project cost during contract execution, manage invoices and Variation orders
• Formalize internal contractual documentation within the different entities of the group

Requirement

• The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in fluent English is essential
