Contractor is seeking a Regional Contracting Specialist for the India, Middle East and Africa region. This role will be part of the global Human Capital Operations team

Responsibilities:

• General understanding of due diligence,
• Demonstrating consultative approach where Legal or Compliance support is required,
• Partnering with the Regional Teams, Global Support Professionals Team,
• Monitor or Input data into Workday or other supporting systems according to process requirements, ensure data accuracy, flag any issues,
• Generate reports out of systems in use to measure and improve the effectiveness of the onboarding process and provide data-based insights to achieve the firm’s short- and long-term goals.
