The Community Control Room (CCR) function is responsible for directing, coordinating, planning and overseeing on-the-ground operations of Expo City Dubai, acting as a central response hub and comprising of shared resources from Mobility, Community Services and Security.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent the mobility services team in the senior leadership meetings required in the Community Control Room;
• Providing direction and support for the responsibilities and functions of the Community Control Room in relation to Mobility Services;
• Managing remote operations, assuring safe, optimal mobility services performance, and coordination with authorities and counterparts in and out of Expo City Dubai;
• Manage tactical level decisions impacting mobility services operations;
• Provide support to stakeholders by sharing technical and operational details and explanations of mobility services operations;

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma, preferably in a related discipline;
• Good communication skills with a clear understanding of the requirements;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
• Advance Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel;
• Knowledge of local transportation systems;
