Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience of which at least 10 years must be in a senior management role in the ecommerce industry
- Proven experience as COO or relevant role
- Aptitude in decision making and problem-solving
- Strong leadership, drive and ability to inspire and develop teams
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Candidate should be structured, analytical, pay attention to fine details, hands on and ambitious.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
