COO – Chief Operating Officer

 Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience of which at least 10 years must be in a senior management role in the ecommerce industry
• Proven experience as COO or relevant role
• Aptitude in decision making and problem-solving
• Strong leadership, drive and ability to inspire and develop teams
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Candidate should be structured, analytical, pay attention to fine details, hands on and ambitious.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
