Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Purchasing Manager on execution of Buy plans for all plants across both brands every season (Consolidation).
  • On time PO placement for sub-country plants.
  • Maintaining tracker files with all required checks across all plants and co-ordination with global team for Purchase order tracking.
  • Responsible for generating reports on timely basis to the stakeholders along with Purchase order updates.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration/Logistics
  • 3-5 years of overall work experience in Supply Chain/Logistics or Customer Service
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Outlook, Word and basic knowledge about ERP systems
  • Good analytical and communication skills
