Responsibilities
- Maintaining and keeping information up to date for all the Legal Entities assigned in accordance with Internal requirements in our corporate digital tool and physical archives when required by law
- Coordinate and oversee Corporate Filings with government authorities as and when required by local law
- Ensuring business licenses are up to date and compliant to the services provided and local law
- Liaise with shareholders, board members, corporate officers, lawyers, third party providers on governance matters
