Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the top-tier developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our Client is to hire an experienced Cost Controller with experience handling landmark construction projects to plan a budget and ensure cost-effective operations for the projects and the company’s overall business model.
- Liaise closely with the Sr. Controls Manager to manage and monitor all cost control aspects.
- Assist in managing all downstream entity pertaining to cost
- Develop and Maintain Cost Tracker and Provide monthly cost reports to management
- Review the cash flow forecast and confirm the amounts
- Monitor commercial communications (PCR/Contracts awards/EW/VO etc) extract for cost tracker
- Coordinate monthly Accruals with the site consultants and provide for the relevant department
- Review and approve Consultants monthly Interim payment applications
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in cost management/cost control – Minimum 10 years experience in GCC preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated familiarity with pricing under both acquisition and assistance instruments.
- Demonstrated familiarity with sophisticated budgeting tools, approaches, processes and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Supervision and management experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Must work extremely well under pressure.
- Strong training skills and experience.
