IIQAF is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Courier Dispatcher to coordinate deliveries of documents, packages, and materials. As our Courier Dispatcher, you will manage the company’s delivery personnel and ensure timely deliveries are performed.   • Monitor and coordinate daily deliveries using routing software, and ensure on-time dispatch of couriers
  • Manage and update courier records and provide dispatcher logs to management
  • Schedule and dispatch workers and equipment to deliver products and documents
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Resolve customer complaints, providing detailed solutions
  • Monitor road conditions, weather, and traffic to adjust delivery routes as necessary
  • Remain accessible to couriers, responding to and/or resolving any courier-related inquiries

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a courier dispatcher.
  • Knowledge of regional roads, traffic laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
