1- CRM Data Analyst
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Develop BI Reporting and Analytics framework for CRM to make data driven decision for Digital and Retail business
- Work with Digital/Retail brand teams to integrate systems for targeting recommendations, cross-promotion and be able to measure performance of different approaches.
- Clear understanding of CRM Analytics strategies such as Active/Inactive Customers, Cohort Analysis, Cross sell /Upsell, Customer segmentations and lifecycle value.
- Responsible for identifying different customer profiles, and carrying out the optimization of CRM activities by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation.
- Undertake ownership for integration of CRM/marketing automation tools with the Web and App ecosystem
- Extensive in assessing the success of CRM activities and using evidence-based approach essential.
- Experience in Cohort analysis
- Solid understanding of the customer lifecycle essential.
- Experience of building data models to grow revenue and customer loyalty desirable.
