Job Responsibilities:

– To provide superior customer service to our customers and continuously strive to improve the level of service delivery.
– Analyse customer queries behaviour and trends to identify the improvement areas for the company.
– Conducting product promotion to existing and potential customers.
– Maintain proper documentation of complaint / request record.
– Resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems over emails and phone calls.
– Identifying/Escalating priority issues and reporting to the higher-level management.
– Routing inbound calls to appropriate resources.

Job Requirements:

– Excellent communication skills.
– Has interest in recent technology.
– Experience in SAP ERP will be an advantage.
– Fluency of English/Arabic/Malayalam/Hindi.
– Strong leadership Capability and ability to work under pressure.
– Very Flexible and can adapt to any change.
– 2-3 years of experience in Logistics Customer Service & Documentation.
