Responsibilities

  • Gather customer feedback to provide actionable suggestions to the team.
  • Stay up to date with all products and services provided by IIQAF.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Research and troubleshoot customer issues to actively resolve customer concerns.

Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other customer service software.
  • Ability to think logically and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain excellent relationships with customers.
