Job Responsibilities:
- Execute stock management by ensuring the correct item reaches the appropriate customer at the correct timing
- Manage daily order processing activities for a specified account or group of accounts
- Manage key accounts on inventory by proactively suggesting strategies that impact the customers ordering forecast
- Track On-Shelf Availability (OSA).
- Monitor promotional orders to ensure timely shipment and arrival at the customers by the requested delivery date
- Perform regular analysis of customer service levels and complete monthly Key Performance Reporting (KPI’s)
- Identify gaps and conduct root cause analysis on a daily basis in order to drive service level improvements
- Understand supply chain requirements for customers and develop solutions to solve issues
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of Customer Service experience
- 1-2 years of Logistics experience, preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Operations or Business
