Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage perfect execution of the activity plan by continuously keeping contact with the key account management team and responsible for excellent in store shopper activation and communication, drive shopper insights into action and end to end in store activation management
• Create annual Customer Marketing plan including trade event plan, channel/shopper job to be done, budget requirement and shopper activation plan in line with Category and brand jobs to be done
• Support Key Account team with assortment recommendation in case of new product launches and current portfolio gaps. planograms, cross merchandising units, secondary placements
• Manage 3P supplier for point-of-sale material production, landing, deployment

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years relevant working experience (Sales, Customer Marketing, or Marketing).
• 1 to 3 years Customer Marketing experience is ideal.
• Combination of sales and marketing experience is ideal.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
