Description:
The person taking up this role should be well versed with telephonic and written communication and should be equipped with several customers handling techniques, ranging from sales to problem solving. The role calls for a person who is sales and service orientated, and continually sets out to provide an exceptional customer experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling Inbound and Outbound calls
- Ability to handle customer complaints/conflicts
- Provide relevant and accurate information to existing and potential customers
- Ensure customers access to NFPC products, quality, and services
Job Requirements:
- Any Bachelor degree
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- 3-5 years experience with the same field in UAE
