Description:

The customer service coordinator maintains the main reception area in the Dubai Government Media Office to support the office work, by receiving visitors, coordinating visits to the office, answering phone calls, and scheduling meetings. The Customer Service Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that professional quality administrative support services are provided, and to act as a central point for administrative and appointment inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of plans and budgets for the Department of Institutional Support, in accordance with what is required by the institutional objectives.
  • Work under the terms of reference of the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department and work procedures in order to achieve the highest standards of performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Diploma/Higher Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources.
