Customer Service Rep (Fleet Mgmt.) | Shift Car Rental in Dubai
Description
- Coordinate with Sales Coordinator, Dealers, Agencies, Workshops and Vendor for new vehicle deliveries.
- Arrange special fitment on vehicle as per customer requirement.
- Responsible to handover the new vehicle to Lease & Delivery section and other Departments within the specified period / TAT.
- Manage vehicle induction in Carpro system.
- Responsible to distribute the original vehicle registration to concerned Department.
- Managing vehicle induction files such as spare keys, signed induction sheet, VCC papers and necessary acknowledgements and handed over to Document Control Department.
Requirements:
- With Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
