A– Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.
B– Secure payment, activate/reissue room keys.
C– Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions.
D– Verify/adjust billing for guests.
E– Communicate to appropriate staff when guests are waiting for an available room.
F– Advise guest of messages.
G– Clear departures in computer system.
H– Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns. File guest paperwork or documentation.
I- Operate telephone switchboard station.
