- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Address customer concerns, complaints, and questions with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints effectively, providing appropriate solutions within a reasonable time frame. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and managing any order-related inquiries.
- Technical Support: Provide basic technical assistance to customers, such as troubleshooting common issues or guiding them through using our online platforms and tools.
- Customer Database Management: Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the CRM system.
- Customer Feedback: Actively gather customer feedback to identify trends, gauge satisfaction levels, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Empathy: Display a high level of empathy, patience, and understanding when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
- Tech-savviness: Comfortable using various communication tools, CRM software, and other customer service-related technology.
