Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our company database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or relevant role
  • Contact Centre, Call Center or Hospitality industry is Required
  • At least 2 years of UAE Call center experience is required
  • Minimum qualification-Any graduate / PG is eligible to apply
  • Industry-Internet / Ecommerce
