Responsibilities
We are looking to hire an experienced Customer Success Manager in Dubai who will be responsible for maintaining and expanding Pentera’s relationship with a portfolio of customers. The ideal candidate would be experienced in Customer Success Management in the Cyber Security Industry, with a strong technical and commercial orientation and the ability to tailor solutions for various scenarios.

Requirements:
- English: Native level
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager as part of a global organization, managing global accounts – a Must
- Experience in a Cyber Security company, preferably a startup a Must
- Experience in Renewals and relationship management- a Must
- Based in Dubai -a Must
- BA/BSC preferred
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details.
