– Communicate with customers across different channels (phone, email, chat)
– Respond to customer inquiries around deposits, trading, KYC, etc.
– Work efficiently and effectively, both as a team and independently, documenting request outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
– Utilize appropriate resource materials to effectively and accurately interpret‚ respond and resolve customer inquiries and problems in a timely and accurate manner.
– Preparing appropriate documentation in the call tracking system on incoming telephone calls
– Ensure that cases are resolved and closed to customer satisfaction
– Bachelor’s Degree, with a business, technology, or a quantitative focus
– Customer Service orientation
– Personal interest/knowledge in cryptocurrencies and trading
– Prior experience in a trading firm, payment processing, crypto is a plus
– Able to solve practical problems-Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in oral, written or scheduled form
– Strong communication ability (listening, verbal, written)
