We are looking for an experienced Support Executive to take overall responsibility for film and television show production:/
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and effectively handle queries and concern from customers on chat, email, and phone.
- Resolving day-to-day customer complaints by ensuring highest levels of customer support and ensuring expectations are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor the performance of all customer-related operations and provide progress and status reports.
- Collaborate with other Customer support professionals to improve customer Experience.
- Assisting other departments on small administration tasks.
- Maintain full working knowledge of all functions within department.
- Candidate should be flexible with working on weekends.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English is a must both verbal and written
- Education: University graduate
- Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
- Experience: minimum 1-year experience.
- Excellent writing, communication, and time management skills
