We are looking for an experienced Support Executive to take overall responsibility for film and television show production:/

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and effectively handle queries and concern from customers on chat, email, and phone.
• Resolving day-to-day customer complaints by ensuring highest levels of customer support and ensuring expectations are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor the performance of all customer-related operations and provide progress and status reports.
• Collaborate with other Customer support professionals to improve customer Experience.
• Assisting other departments on small administration tasks.
• Maintain full working knowledge of all functions within department.
• Candidate should be flexible with working on weekends.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English is a must both verbal and written
• Education: University graduate
• Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
• Experience: minimum 1-year experience.
• Excellent writing, communication, and time management skills
