1- Customers Service Centers – Executive
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving and registering customers’ requests in the integrated case management system, completing their initial data, and ensuring the availability of all documents submitted according to the conditions and criteria to be met.
- Answer the inquiries received from customers, follow up and ensure that the service reaches the customer correctly, in accordance with the Customer Happiness Charter.
- Receiving incoming customers’ complaints about services and registering in the government complaints system and working to solve them according to his competencies or transfer them to the concerned person to close the complaint in accordance with ISO standards.
- Work to clear the services received from clients with external parties and deliver cards for the services of the Community Development Authority to their clients.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent,
- Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
- From 0-2 years experience
