As a experienced Damp Diagnostic Specialist at NOVA HOLDING GROUP, you will play a crucial role in identifying, analysing, and resolving damp and moisture-related issues in residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities:

• Damp Inspection: Conduct thorough assessments and surveys of properties to identify the presence of damp, moisture, and related issues.
• Diagnostic Expertise: Utilise cutting-edge diagnostic tools and techniques to accurately pinpoint the source and extent of damp problems.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data to develop comprehensive reports on damp conditions and the necessary remediation steps.
• Client Communication: Clearly communicate your findings and recommendations to clients, providing detailed reports and answering their questions.
• Solution Proposals: Collaborate with our team to recommend and implement effective solutions, including moisture control systems, ventilation, waterproofing, and repairs.

 Requirements

• Proven experience in damp and related diagnostics or in a similar related role.
• Strong knowledge of building structures, construction materials, and damp-related issues.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
• Fluent in English. Arabic & French is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications and licences are a plus.
