This role will support our clients Middle East growth strategy for existing new business. As a part of a rapidly growing global Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying new prospects, determining appropriate sales channels, and demonstrating the value proposition for all new partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development activities and create strategies and plans to deliver significant growth to the region
  • Develop industry knowledge to lead with insights, educate potential customers to establish value-based partnerships
  • Lead strategic conversations with C Level and demonstrate value in our solutions
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and close key deals that help grow regional footprint
  • Effectively build, manage, and close a sales pipeline of qualified customers for services

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in proactive outbound value-based solution selling
  • 3-5 years pure business development/ sales development experience in a relatable environment of SaaS, software, intelligence in UAE
  • Extensive experience of C-level commercial negotiations
  • Proven track record of leading discussions in value-based, customer-centric buying methodologies, exceeding objectives, and financial goals
  • Strategic thinker and market expert: Accountable for identifying growth opportunities, defining strategies, prioritizing sales plays, and developing go-to-market execution plans
  • Experienced in working cross-functionally
