Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
- Plan, organize, direct & control Office Administrative operations providing several administrative services.
- Support administratively and functionally in ad-hoc and regular organizational audits and other projects to improve people, processes, and systems within the company.
- Support in the administrative tracking of audits, the audit follow-up schedule, and centrally storing audit reports.
- Compose letter and memoranda for communication with principals and other officials & internal departments to be signed off by Chief, to keep proper control and follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or other audit related degree is preferred).
- Analytical mindset and comfortable with numbers
- Excellent Computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience of using MS PowerPoint for creating presentations.
