The Development Manager is responsible for overseeing specific construction projects in Expo City Dubai. The post holder works with a variety of stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors and other consultants to ensure that the construction projects proceed according to schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development strategy for Expo City Dubai
• Support the Development Director to implement the development strategy for Expo City Dubai
• Manage the construction process to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors or other consultants as required to ensure that the construction projects proceed according to the schedule
• Manage the process of receiving permits, approvals etc., through the management of relationships with key stakeholders such as DEWA, DM etc.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate Development, Construction or a related field
