• Perform service desk procedures effectively.
• Deliver designated operational procedures and manuals for reference purposes.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations while meeting business and customer requirements.
• Compile detailed status reports of service desk products as per designated policy.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient oral and written communication in English and presentation skills.
• Attention to details and concern for quality.
•  Degree in Science, Computer Science preferable
• Bachelor in Engineering
