Description:

Design, develop and support implementation of the digital learning solutions that meet the needs of the organisation and the employee of the future.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deliver a range of digital learning experiences and development solutions.
• Employ evidence-based learning principles to guide the creation of learning materials.
• Promote the incorporation of digital learning tools into other experience solutions, in alignment with the dnata digital strategy.
• Leverage existing and emerging authoring tools to ensure a high quality of digital learning content.

Job Requirements:

• A level or Graduate
• 1-2 years or a graduate program with experience in a digital development environment
• Knowledge on content creation/authoring tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, Videoscribe, Camtasia
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
