Description:

You as a Digital Marketing Manager will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dubai; UAE. Reporting to the Global Digital Marketing Lead, you will be providing strategic global leadership for the strategic marketing team. Implementing a digital first approach within marketing, the objective being to establish best-in-class structures to amplify the Hitachi Energy brand and generate demand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Defining, developing and implementing digital strategy in support of business objectives and leading and developing team of digital marketing specialists in pursuit of best-in-class performance.
• Working in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, Head of Customer Experience and the rest of the marketing organization to provide strategic direction and executing high-impact digital marketing programs and offerings.
• Organizing, leading and training the Global Digital Marketing Team and oversee their day-to-day activities.
• Advising the Head of Marketing and team on continuous innovation around Hitachi Energy’s marketing toolstack. Liaising with Business Unit marketing managers regarding their digital marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration.
• 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing within the B2B sector. Experience managing a global team.
• Understanding of multichannel marketing automation preferably Oracle Eloqua and CRM platforms preferably Salesforce.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Google Ads and Analytics, LinkedIn Advertisement, GoTo and On24 Webinar Platforms, 6sense programmatic advertising and CVent is beneficial.
