At Sanctum, we’re looking for an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing Manager.

Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing Crypto and blockchain campaigns as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs on multiple projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies that drive customers to the website.
  • Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website.
  • Create paid campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities.
  • Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
  • Using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
  • Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
  • Working on Search Engine Optimization and app store optimization.
  • Regularly monitor user analytics and use these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement.
  • Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with other supporting teams to create impressive client-centred landing pages.

Job Requirements:

  • At least two years working experience in digital marketing roles
  • Experience in executing successful social media campaigns
  • Exhibit practical experience in keyword research, SEO management, email, and marketing database
  • Undisputable knowledge of marketing and web analytical tools such as Google Ads, SEMRush and Google Analytics
  • User experience knowledge and optimisation of customer experience funnels and landing pages
  • Practical skills in multivariate experiments and A/B and email marketing
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript development, CSS, and HTML
  • Updated on new technologies and the latest trends in digital marketing
  • In-depth insights on all social media platforms
