Description:

To create and steer the MENA strategic agenda by driving change and delivering results through actionable insights and cross-functional business partnering.

Job Responsibilities:

• On behalf of the cluster, feed into and execute the MENA priorities, to support the achievement of the strategic growth drivers for the region.
• Lead the local adidas Own the Game Strategy execution supporting profitable and sustainable market share growth for adidas in Middle East and North Africa.
• Drive the execution of commercial key growth drivers across our markets and top focus countries providing a consolidated brand, category, channel and country level assessment and framework
• Lead and drive evolution in processes and organizational adjustment to promote a harmonized approach to delivering against strategic priorities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience within relevant industries.
• Experience in sporting goods or fashion is a benefit.
• Experience in successfully leading, managing and developing both functional and cross-functional teams.
• Business or similar degree from a leading academic institution.
